[This is an email a fan sent me a ways back. I had promised to post it back then, lost it, and just found it again, so here you go. Rolando] Here's the big news of the week, please understand I'm not sharing this with anyone other than you at this time. I have been "officially" notified that my medical duties in the U.S. Army have been reactivated. Now, I have two daughters and my mother I take care of on a regular basis. If you care to comment about this in your next news letter as far as current events go, you may do so. I ask that , for now, you keep my name out of it. Too many people I know are on your mailing list. I know you understand, Rolando! So, how's that for the madness going on in the world today? I am now sucked into something I DO NOT WANT to be a part of at this time. I'm not feeling strong in my convictions about the U.S. taking any action at all! Aside from that, I did my stint as a medic in the Gulf War. This will be far more brutal, and the responsibilities will be more than I'm handling now. I'm a strong believer that The Lord never gives us more than we can handle. I'm also a firm believer in the free will I believe The Lord gave us for a good reason. This world continues to Muck It Up Constantly! Their God given right to freedom of individual choice, and personal accountability. When the notice came in, I became more frustrated than ever with this growing situation that is brewing in all the hearts of this world. There is more worry in the minds of the elders and our youths in the communities, than action to bring peace to the table expeditiously. We've got to do it. At least before we get into something larger than anyone really wants to admit. So that's me on my soap box for the events over the last two years. You can post some of it if you agree or not. If you should choose to do so, kindly pull my name off this puppy. I know you understand. I can barely handle my own news right now. I feel selfish for even worrying about a sworn duty to save lives, NO MATTER THE SITUATION. I worry for my family, and all those I love. Certainly for all people in this world! I'll leave you with that in your hat for a while. It's fairly heavy, don't you agree?
